Service Terms

By using Claban Infotech services, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms listed below.

1. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate business, personal and payment information and satisfy our onboarding and verification rules.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials and must keep login details confidential.

3. Accurate Information

You must provide complete and correct data at signup or service application time. Incorrect declarations may lead to rejection, suspension or service cancellation.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

• SaaS access is activated according to the selected plan, duration and approved setup process.
• All subscription, renewal, activation and service charges must be paid as agreed before or during service usage.
• Unless explicitly approved in writing by Claban Infotech, payments are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Use

Any attempt to misuse systems, submit fraudulent data, or engage in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content, software branding and service materials belong to Claban Infotech and may not be copied without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use external providers for payments, communication, hosting or analytics. Their services remain subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, system downtime or external failures.

9. Updates to Terms

Terms may be revised from time to time. Updated versions are published on this page and take effect from publication.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable Indian laws and relevant jurisdiction in West Bengal, India.
